Inside Volleyball magazine, from Inside Publications, will re-launch with the Winter 2014 issue, with an expanded editorial focus and increased distribution to now include volleyball players among the target audience. Originally designed for coaches and club owners, the magazine will add all-new content and segments to expand its appeal to volleyball players, while still maintaining sections for coaches and club owners as well.

“Having established a great foundation with the volleyball coaching community the last several years, we’re excited to now take things to the next level by expanding the focus of Inside Volleyball magazine to now include players as well,” said Chris Korotky, President of Inside Publications. “It’s a natural transition to grow in this direction, and for our advertising partners it also means broadening our appeal to reach a larger, additional segment of the market.”

Leading the editorial side of the magazine will be seasoned expert Lora Sarich, who has been named Editor-in-Chief. A native of Nebraska, Sarich played Junior Olympic volleyball with Nebraska Elite before her collegiate volleyball career at the University of Toledo, where she set school records in digs per game, digs in a season, and digs in a career as a libero. Graduating with a degree in Sports Management, Sarich went on to several high profile coaching positions.

“Building on a successful foundation, we’ll be updating everything from the editorial focus to the design of the publication itself as we expand the reach, and I couldn’t be more excited about this new direction,” Sarich said. “I love sharing my experiences as a player and coach with our readers and am excited to lead our editorial team as we enter this new era.”

Leading the sales and partnership programs for Inside Volleyball magazine will be Anastasia Miller. “With a number of high profile sponsorship programs and advertising opportunities, I’m excited to work with our current partner base and also build new relationships within this dynamic community,” Miller said. “From the print publication to the digital version to our social media platforms and e-newsletter base, we’ll be taking a 360 degree approach to our advertising partnership with many opportunities to connect with players, coaches and club owners.”
